Pupil Premium

To find out about how Pupil Premium Funding is used at Wrenthorpe, please see the documents. You will be able to answer questions such as:

Who is Pupil Premium for?

In making provision for socially disadvantaged pupils, we recognise that not all pupils who receive free school meals will be socially disadvantaged.

We also recognise that not all pupils who are socially disadvantaged are registered or qualify for free school meals. Therefore we reserve the right to allocate this Pupil Premium funding to support any pupil or groups of pupils the school has legitimately identified as being socially disadvantaged and/or of a vulnerable nature.

It is for schools to decide how the Pupil Premium is spent, since they are best placed to assess what additional provision should be made for the individual pupils within their responsibility.
